Mini-Lecture on Circular Economy at the Province of Utrecht
Recently, Malou van der Vegt (research lecturer in circular economy at Become) from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht delivered an inspiring lecture as part of the Become project. Her session focused on the transition from knowledge to skills and highlighted practice-oriented research on circularity.
Using well-known circular economy theory as a starting point, Malou explored how we define a circular economy and what it truly means to retain the added value of products. These insights are central to the Become project, where theoretical concepts are translated into practical tools.
A key outcome of the project is the development of educational materials that make the research not only relevant for businesses and policymakers, but also highly valuable for educators and students.
